Vibro Magnetic Drum Separator Manufacturer In Kilifi

Made with strong parts and fine technique, the Vibro Magnetic Drum Separator works steady in Kilifi’s rough industrial spots. It helps cut down time spent setting up machines, so plants start working faster without long waits. This machine handles metal impurities fast, which means less downtime and fewer stoppages during runs.

We built our know-how over years. We saw industries needing tougher gear that won’t break or clog easily when dealing with dusty or mixed material flows common around here. Our separator fits right into existing setups—no major changes needed but big gains in purity and speed happen anyway. We also designed it to use less energy while still keeping strong magnetic force on tough contaminants.

Because this model vibrates just right and rotates its drum steadily, it pulls out metal bits from bulk solids without stopping the feed or slowing production lines much. The vibration helps stop materials from sticking or piling unevenly on the drum surface (this little detail often gets overlooked). Plus, cleaning is quick—operators can handle routine tasks without halting operations for long times.

If you want to see how the Vibro Magnetic Drum Separator grabs metals out of grains or minerals step by step, we can share a detailed demo video or arrange a visit at your facility nearby. This shows exactly where magnets sit inside, how vibration timing works alongside rotation speed to keep things smooth, plus tips for best upkeep practices based on real conditions seen locally.
